"For 10 years we've been hosting a neighborhood Christmas party. The focal point of the party has always been an appearance by Santa. Unfortunately, the Santa we've used up to now retired this year. I reluctantly started the process of trying to find a replacement and I couldn't have been happier to find Santa James. He was extremely responsive throughout the process. He reached out the week prior to go over the plan for his visit and texted multiple times the day before and day of the event to confirm his status. The appearance itself was everything we could hope for. He incorporated the traditions that we requested from our prior years as well as adding some of his own flare. Santa James had big boots to fill and definitely came through for us and our children. We've already told him we will be booking him again next year. Highly recommend!"

"Looking for a Santa...look no further! Santa James is amazing and goes above and beyond what he is contracted for. Unbeknownst to us, he made a promotional video before AND after our event! We had to get a new Santa after our Santa (who had done ALL of our events since we opened) moved away. In a small town , the kids had grown up with him and we were worried that a new Santa might not live up to the hype ( huge shoes to fill). Santa James knocked it out of the park!!!! With his "magic" and knowing sign language ....the kids proclaimed This MUST be the REAL Santa. Santa literally stayed until the last table was gone.....well past his contracted time . ( Appreciated and NOT expected). 10 stars ...literally"

"Santa James came to our house to surprise the kids. He was beyond fantastic! Prior to arriving he sent an information sheet about the kids we filled out! He remembered all the details and brought them up to the kids! We had a Santa back in VA my oldest has seen every year except last year because we moved and he mentioned not seeing her last year and how big she is now. He read Tis was a night before Christmas, he took his time with each child and made sure we had pictures with each. He had a few surprises. Will definitely be booking him every year! Santa James is the best around!"

"Santa James worked closely with us to customize our visit from Santa. He wanted to know the kids’ names and ages. He not only arrived on time, but early. When one of the kids was hesitant, Santa James won her over with his warm personality. A favorite highlight of his visit was when he taught us dance moves and then succeeded in getting the whole room dancing — including adults! What a fun, festive, unforgettable experience."

"Amazing!!! Such a wonderful visit with Santa! We have 4 very young children, 1, 1 1/2, 2 and 3 years old. Santa was a hit! He was so patient with each one. He remembered every detail we told him of before the visit and the 3 year old was so surprised and happy. He had special things planned and even played with them with their favorite toys and books. "I just need to do a full post on Santa cause wow. So seeing as we just moved, I was looking EVERYWHERE to find Santa. There were lots of imposters, and I would know, cause I’m a Santa snob and know a fake beard when I see one 😂 Luckily, I did a google search and found Santa’s Facebook page! I reached out and asked if he’d be doing any events in the area and he said no, BUT he’d be willing to come to our house! I’m not sure who was more excited, me or the boys! He even hooked us up with a photographer so we wouldn’t miss the chance for a family photo! We were so excited for the opportunity, we even got some of our friends to come share the experience! Noah was NOT having pictures. He was tucked away in the playroom hiding from poor Becca the photographer 🤪 That was UNTIL I asked if he wanted to go see if Santa was here. He marched right to the front door with Clay and were SHOCKED to see Santa coming up our front steps. Stranger danger wasn’t even a thought because Clay was yelling “open door Santa!” And trying his hardest to get that front door open! It was like they were old friends, they hugged, they shared cookies, checked out the tree, Santa even brought them some bells off of the reindeer! Noah climbed up on his lap and refused to leave. I’ve never seen such a sparkle in a kids eye. The boys were sad to see him go and were waving and blowing kisses. They have not stopped asking when Santa will be back and are still proudly carrying their bells around saying “Santa go back home reindeer.” Now I think we’ll have to do this every year 🥰"
